The voucher holder may choose to use their voucher on another experience on Giftingowl.com, or multiple experiences to the same value within the three-year (3) expiry period. Gifting Owl vouchers are non-refundable. Once a voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, vouchers are no longer flexible.
The value of every Gifting Owl voucher will expire after three (3) years. If the experience that was gifted no longer exists you can choose any other experience from the Gifting Owl website within the voucher’s validity. If the price of the experience has increased since receiving the voucher, you will have to pay the difference. Once a voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, vouchers are no longer flexible.
Gifting Owl has no booking or transaction fees. The price you see on the website is the price you will be charged.
Experience Providers & Operators
Gifting Owl is not the operator or supplier for any experience or product sold through the platform. Gifting Owl acts as the booking agent for the suppliers and operators. Suppliers and operators provide experiences directly to the voucher holder. Gifting Owl takes no liability or responsibility for any services that any affiliated or third-party suppliers provide to the customer, voucher holder or any other party. The terms and conditions detailed on any booking confirmation are provided specifically by the experience provider.
Voucher purchases are strictly non-refundable. Gifting Owl offers full flexibility and their value may be put toward any product listed on the platform.
Gifting Owl reserves the right to alter prices of listed items and experiences at any time, without notice. There are no additional booking fees or credit card fees. The price listed is the price paid at the checkout.
Vouchers for a product that has been discontinued on the platform are valid for any other experience listed for the same or lesser value.
Booking Availability & Restrictions
All experiences listed with Gifting Owl are subject to availability at the discretion of the individual operator. We recommend that bookings are made two weeks in advance. More popular experiences may require more notice. Our suppliers are responsible for implementing certain restrictions in regards to participation with any and all experiences listed in our catalogue. These restrictions can include height, weight, age or anything else the supplier deems relevant. Gifting Owl makes no guarantees about any voucher holder's ability to participate but does attempt to list all restrictions and booking information on our product pages. If you have concerns, we suggest you directly contact the operator before booking.
Purchaser and Recipient Contact Details
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all contact details provided to Gifting Owl are correct at purchase. Previous purchases are always available to view on the purchasers dashboard. If you have lost a voucher or the recipient has not received their voucher please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Safety & Liability
Gifting Owl cannot guarantee the standards of safety provided by the experience provider. Some suppliers offer experiences that carry with them an element of danger. We make no representation or claims as to the safety of any of the experiences listed. We do not accept liability for any act or negligence by suppliers or any third party that we may be affiliated with, nor do we accept liability for loss or damage that occurs directly or indirectly from the sale, booking or use of any Gifting Owl experience. Weather & Cancellations
Many products listed with Gifting Owl are weather-dependant. Gifting Owl takes no liability for cancellations in the event of adverse weather or conditions. Suppliers may cancel or reschedule the experience at their discretion. The voucher holder will have access to the supplier's contact details to confirm that the experience can continue in the event of adverse weather. Once an experience is booked, the voucher holder will not receive a refund if they decide to cancel their booking. The voucher holder may contact the supplier to arrange rescheduling, however fees may apply.
Once the experience has been booked, any complaints on the day of the experience should be directed to the supplier for prompt resolution. All other complaints should be directed to Gifting Owl either online via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

All media (photography, imagery, video) on Gifting Owl is intended to be representational of the experiences that we sell. We attempt to represent every supplier, operator and product accurately, but it is not always possible to portray the actual experiences that participants will receive or partake in. Written descriptions and promotional information is intended to be as accurate as possible and details are sourced directly from suppliers.
